As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect in the Multi-Cloud Center of Excellence at VMware, Phoebe Kim helps customers achieve workload mobility across multiple clouds by providing multi-cloud reference architectures and migration guidance. Previously, Phoebe worked in technology consulting, where she was responsible for managing projects and leading teams of engineers. Phoebe has two VCDX certifications (network virtualization and data center virtualization) in addition to various technical certifications from AWS and Cisco.
When she is not busy with work or learning new technologies, Phoebe enjoys creating models for 3D printing and playing violin and piano at various events around the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

This basics course lays the groundwork to learning about VMware Cloud on AWS. It will provide an overview of the service, its use cases, and basic concepts. We will also cover the Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) design considerations and architecture.
VMware Cloud on AWS Networking and Connectivity
This course focuses on basic networking and connectivity concepts for VMware Cloud on AWS. We will start by covering the VMware Cloud on AWS SDDC internal networking components, then discuss different network connectivity options between on-premises and VMware Cloud on AWS.
Migrating to VMware Cloud on AWS using VMware HCX
In this fundamentals course, we will learn about VMware HCX and how you can properly plan for workload migration. We will demonstrate how you can migrate workloads from your on-premises environment to VMware Cloud on AWS using different migration types, migration waves, and other VMware HCX services.
